Gifts of Stock

Thank you for your interest in supporting IPPNW!

IPPNW is happy to accept gifts of stock. Please notify us of any pending stock transfers so that we can properly identify you as the contributor and thank you appropriately.

Step 1 - Send notification to:

Douglas R. Kline
Director of Finance and Administration
IPPNW
617.868.5050 x202
dkline@ippnw.org

Step 2 - The best way to give stock to IPPNW is to have your broker transfer securities to our account at Trillium Asset Management. When you inform your broker of the transfer, you will need IPPNW's Depository Trust Company (DTC) number: 0164 and our account number: 1118-5491.

IPPNW's contact person at Trillium Asset Management is:

Ms. Cheryl I. Smith
Trillium Asset Management
711 Atlantic Avenue
Boston, MA 02111 USA
617.423.6655
csmith@trilliuminvest.com

For Gifts of Stock or Bond Certificates

Step 1- IPPNW will also gladly welcome any certified stocks or bonds as charitable donations. Please send the certificates by certified mail (with return receipt requested, if you would like to receive proof of its delivery). Do not endorse the certificate.

Step 2 - In a separate envelope that can be mailed with regular postage, send us one stock power for each stock certificate. IPPNW can provide a stock power (please contact Douglas Kline to request one). You can also attain one from a bank or your broker.

Step 3 - Please sign the stock power as your name is listed on the stock certificate. Please include a dated letter that describes the stock and contains your signature as it appears on the stock power and stock certificate. Upon receipt, your stock gift will be recorded and the certificate sent to our broker.
